Geeze dude, the rule should be if there's another guy involved you pick him, not her. I'd never let a guy with a bigger tool join us.
She's still with you so take solace in the fact that she's your woman.
Now take the next step with your woman. Don't necessarily repeat what you saw him do but try a few different things with her.

Threesomes are great fantasy material, but I think they should stay a fantasy and not become a reality. The reason is, if you care about your partner, you will probably always have problems seeing them with someone else sexually. There are those people that aren't bothered by it at all, but I think the majority of us would find something in the experience bothersome. Even if we think we know how we will feel, we can never be sure until we actually experience the event.
I suggest you talk to your girlfriend and express your feelings. She should be able to offer you some reassurance that she finds YOU attractive and wants to be with YOU because YOU satisfy her sexually AND emotionally. Use this experience as a learning tool.

Ok this is from experience here. My husband and I do this on occasion. We have another couple that we swing with every now and then, meaning like once every couple months or so. And we have another guy that joins us here and there. This other guy is my husbands best friend. We do this for fun, no other reason. My husband and I love eachother more than anyone could imagine, and there is so much trust between us. So what if she had a good time. did you expect her not to? Of course she's going to enjoy it. Thats the point in doing it. His penis may be bigger than yours but who gives a crap? Probably nobody but you. The guy we mess with has a big one too. That does not mean I enjoy him more than my husband. Of course I have a lot of fun, but when my husband and I have sex we connect emotionally and there is nothing that can beat that. Keep in mind that this was all your idea, and you cannot be upset with her. This kind of stuff isn't for everyone. I would not do this again if it is going to cause so much stress on you.

Maybe you do just need to calm down. It was after all your idea. When you ask for this did you think she wouldn't enjoy it and respond to him. I don't think its ever a good idea to bring other partners into a relationship but since you did... its up to you to deal with it, but since it was your idea don't start blaming her for enjoying it. It wasn't her idea. I think you have learned a good lesson from this. If you don't work on "getting the image of her response to him out of your head" it will probably destroy your relationship with her. Its over that was yesterday. Start fresh today. . Good luck.

i think (not that you sound like it) but i dont think you have a right to be upset at her. you cant blame her you put her in the situation. im sure it wasn't the best idea you have ever had just try to just forget about it. it was a silly choice and it back fired shes still your girl at the end of the day.

dude, now you know the golden rule. never get too crazy in the bedroom with someone you really care about. that kind of sh!t in a serious relationship only leads to bad places and hurt feelings.
i highly recommend getting your serious freak on with people you hardly care about (or not at all). save the 'feelings' the 'tender moments' and the 'love making' for a girlfriend. save the freak for some other... uuhhh... people.
