Is it just convenient to blame the President for mistakes we all made and don't know how to fix? What did he really do wrong?

Besides granting himself unlimited powers,
suspending habeus corpus,
stocking the highest positions of power with college buddies to rubber stamp every thing,
launching an unjust war on false pretenses,
lying at every turn to the American people,
promoting a North American union complete with the amero and a canada/mexico superhighway,
and suspending civil liberties of American citizens for the purposes of maintaining several vast bureaucracies?

Besides that you mean?

And my retarded dog could do a better job. A computer algorithm picking policy options randomly would do a better job. Certain species of fungus would do a better job.

Seriously. "You couldn't do any better" is the last ditch defense of a room-temperature IQ. It's not even an argument.

I would do a much better job than he has if given the chance, the guy is a moron. I haven't made any mistakes when it comes to the current situation of this country, if you voted for the guy then you certainly did make a mistake and are partly responsible for this mess.

Here are 10 things he did wrong off the top of my head:

1) Tax cuts for the wealthy was a bad idea that instantly created annual deficits that had taken 8 years of Clinton to grow out from. I could see giving a break to middle class and poor people to spur growth after the last recession, but the wealthy didn't need it.

2) Not listening to the warnings about Al Queda from Clinton and his former advisors.

3) Not challenging Americans to get off of oil after 9/11 (since the terrorists are financed by oil exporting countries) like Kennedy challenged us to go to the moon in 10 years.

4) Invading a country that had nothing to do with Al Queda or 9/11.

5) Not doing anything about Healthcare or Global warming.

6) Passing a clear skies bill that actually allows companies to spew more polution into the air.

7) Passing NCLB which puts more emphasis on being able to pass a multiple choice test than actually understanding the subject.

8) Eliminating the Estate tax which only effects people who inherit more than $2 million, and never put a farmer out of business.

9) Spied on Americans without warrants

10) Authorized the use of torture, which is against the Geneva Convention.

The President is to blame for the current mistakes of this country. He is our leader and he made the decisions that has put our country in peril. He has acted like the spoiled little child that he is. It's his way or no way at all and this is at the expense of the lives our young men and women serving honorably in the military. Its at the expense of the entire US citizenship.

1) He has put us in an unjustified war with Iraq. 2) He has wire tapped US citizens illegally. 3) He has tarnished our reputation around the world. 4) the plan to sell our ports to Dubai. 5) the US border INsecurity 6) He has appointed incompetent people to watch over the US interests: "Good job Brownie"; Alberto Gonzalez; Donald Rumsfeld; and now the head of CPSC(ie. poisoned toys). The list goes on and on.

The Congress has tried to end the war with a gradual withdrawal plan, but Bush owns this war and he doesn't want it that way. The Rep congressman won't let it happen either. They have to stop playing partisan politics or they will lose for sure in '08.

Well, it seems simpler and easier to blame Bush for all the wrongs in the world, and yet not lift a finger to correct anything.

A cow farts in field in Wisconsin; well, is Bush's fault...
A tree falls in a forest in Colorado; well, is Bush's fault...
A lightning bolt crashes into a power transformer in a pricey subdivision in Florida and people are without power for a couple of hours; well, is Bush's fault.

Gimme a frigging break! All political nonsense aside; Everything is "Bush this" and "Bush that" and "Bush is teh worst prez evah!; but OMG! Paris Hilton is like so hot".

(sigh!)

About 99% of the people that post "I hate Bush and so should you" questions have absolutely no frigging idea how the government runs or how the electoral college really functions and blame the Republicans for stealing the elections in Florida and Ohio. Well, sucks to be you and your "gimmee-gimmee" mentality.

If anyone is to blame for the way things are going on is YOU! Yeah! YOU! Not the President, not Cheney, not Condi, not anyone that's workin on the White House or Congress; is YOU! YOU put the people in Congress in power and they are spending your tax dollars, bickering and doing nothin usefull whil stuffing their pockets with pork barrel spenditures and passing money to their croneys in the private sector.
And while YOU are b*tching about what some idiot congressman is doing in the restroom of an airport, you havew people on te other side of he world that want to slith you and your children's throat because some turd warmonger in the 7th Century wrote in a book that it was required of them to do so.

GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR COLLECTIVE COLONS AND STOP BLAMING OTHER PEOPLE FOR YOUR OWN PROBLEMS.

The US chief executive has immense power, and Bush has more power than any of his predecessors. We didn't all make these mistakes, Bush did. Here is a list of just a few of his mistakes. He failed to stop the terror strikes on 9-11, failed to stabilize Afghanistan after taking down its government, failed to get bin Laden, started an unnecessary and unjustified war against Iraq, approved the unlimited detention and torture of prisoners, lowered taxes during a time of war, increased the national debt by 4 trillion, and undermined our justice department with incompetent appointees who believe their allegiance is to Bush and not to the constitution. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWGSYj39G_I

how could anyone not go after Osama?

how could anyone not see that as a huge blatant, rediculously stupid mistake?

Bush himself said he would hunt him down and make him pay at the towers... like any sane person would...

and then just forgot about it?

there is NO EXCUSE in the world to not go after him... not one that validates not going after the man that killed 3,000 Americans...

no other terrorists has been able to come ANYWHERE EVEN REMOTELY NEAR THE SAME PLANET of an attack like this... so clearly, he's not just "some terrorists that doesn't matter"...

a five year old wouldn't make that mistake after 9-11...

Yes the American public made a BIG mistake - they 'voted' him into office twice!!!!

However, having said that - a 5 year old kid probably has more intelligence than George Dubbya.
