At terminal velocity the drag force = graviational force

Drag force = Cd *1/2 m * v^2

therefore

m*g = Cd*1/2 m*vterm^2

Cd= 2g/ (54.5)^2

Now, solve for 30 m/sec

Drag Force = Cd *1/2 m * v^2
=[2g/ (54.5)^2] *1/2 (77.5)* 30^2
=g*77.5kg * (30/54.5)^2
=g*77.5kg* 0.303
=230 N
