A lot of people I now ask "what are you doing for the holiday's", they usually answer I've got no plans it's just another day off for me. People seem to look forward to the holiday just as a day off. They don't make any plans or even care what the said holiday is about. Are YOU big on holiday's? Do you look forward to them as a chance to celebrate or as just extra day to relax and not have to go to work?

I find my son feels this way at times, His work hours are long
10 hours a day, one hour drive each way, with work hours,
two young chilren he likes to spend time with (divorced) plus
all else to tend to. Comes the added stress of preparing for
Holidays, which was always a look forward to celebration for
our family, is not the same anymore. I my self do less and less every year, try to stick to, "Jesus is the reson for the season." Sending Christmas cards is my favorite thing!
As a total Adv. have over sold them selves and Christmas, already many ads on TV, ---------The war, the gas $$ and all
else, Life changes change attitude. Blessings
