Nobody in P&S is around long enough to actually VOTE on unresolved questions! Those questions in vote, they're all OURS! Because we get suspended every freakin' ten minutes...

I have had several of my answers voted as best when they were not the first posted. The points should go to the first person who correctly answered the question as many people simply agree with someone who posted before them. So if 20 people have the same answer. That answer is the best answer. Then the first one to post it should get credit.

laziness is the real answer - they just want their one point for voting - afterall when the points add up they could win *drum roll* absolutely nothing. So of course they just have to vote and go who cares what the best answer is.
