One of the hardest parts about losing weight is actually breaking your habits. It takes a lot of mental power to be able to do this. I have tried hoodia from http://www.hoodiburn.com and it has helped me feel full so that I don't eat as much. The website says that hoodia works by tricking the brain into thinking you are full when you are not. I have used the product for a few months and it has broke my habit of eating late.

avoid cabs such as rice or white bread, especially when your exercising. carbs are the bodies main fuel. if you have too many carbs, your body wont use up the fat in your body.

avoid anything high in sugar. sugar will turn into excess fat. also avoid potatoes or anything with starch. the starch will turn into glucose, a sugar

when exercising, exercise for at least 40 minutes.

drink green tea. it helps the body to keep from absorbing extra sugar.
