It is not wrong to answer another persons question with a question. It is actually a better way to give an answer because the person asking a question learns more. For example, some1 asked this question on yahoo, how many minutes are there in 3 days. This is a commen sense question. So if u were to ask this question. I would say, first ask yourself, how many minutes are in a hour? how many hours are in a day? how many hours are in 3 days? You should be able to find your answer. It helps you critical think. So answering a question with a question isnt bad. Unless you ask a question when u dont know the answer.

Yes it's against the rules , I did that the other day and got a violation for it to day.
It all depends on what mood the moron that reports you is in.

NO, Not completely true, sometimes questioning the questioner makes them wonder and think about what they may not have thought about before, but it depends on the subject mainly.

Absolutely not. Sometimes it is imperative to question someones question. Like the person who inquires how to kill their relatives dog. I was tempted to ask "Have you lost your mind?" Lord have mercy.....
