Pretty sure you'd be dead, and therefore unable to plea insanity in a court of law, cause I'm pretty sure God doesn't allow insanity pleas. But who knows? I could be wrong! =)

Are you talking about a conversation with the powers that be after your death? You could arrive at the Pearly Gates and say, " I was out of my mind, it didn't count" kind of a thing?
I wouldn't know but it's a pretty interesting idea.

If you attempt to kill yourself but get revived I guess that you could technically do that....although I guess you could maybe kill yourself metaphorically...but if i got into that whole thing then Id start to get a migraine and I'm all out of aspirin....too late...now I'm screwed...thanks =)
