Is it Cyrus,Hammurabi,Nebuchadnezzar,and Sargon. Please I really need help!

Well, Hammurabi and Sargon were never rulers of the Hebrews. Sargon ruled the Akkadian empire c. 2300 BC, and Hammurabi was Babylonian king c. 1700 BC.

Only Nebuchadnezzar (c. 600 BC) and Cyrus (c. 540 BC) ruled over the Hebrews. I'll let you do the rest of the work.
