Brie doesn't stink; blue cheeses, like Stilton, have a strong smell and yes, I like them

Did you say Brie? Or maybe Feta, or how-bout Roquefort?
Bring it on, please. I take it with beer or wine. Fresh Brie is very nice. When it gets old it can smell like Ammonia.
