I had a few Outpatients as a child and adult nothing major though.

Since 1990, 11 major, 3 minor. Have a genetic disorder that causes problems with aneurysms. Will be having another minor next week then another major probably in January. Trust me, I am not looking forward to it!

Nothing major, here, either. I had to have two of my toes worked on (outpatient) and then I had to have another procedure, but I don't know if it actually qualifies as surgery...it was after I had a miscarriage.
Anyway...that is it.
