Sorry princess, just cause you don't get your way doesn't make him a deadbeat.

Sounds like you're more worried about some cash than you're worried about keeping your daughter in a good relationship with her parents.

One: Do you receive $493 a month from your ex-husband? Second: Have you ever visted "Child Support Services" and let them know what's going on? Trust me and head down to the County Building and make an appointment. The State has more lawyer's and they love making "deadbeat dad's" pay what's owed!

OK i am in the same boat only i have full custody this is what you do every time he doesn't pick her up or doesn't have her you need to write a letter to the friend of the court to your case worker of visitation and tell them that you are not wanting to pursue anything but you would like them to know that he hasn't picked the child up and that you just want to have it on file and then you need to write down on a calendar every time he does pick your child up and the time he gets the child and the time the child arrives back at your residence and what days he had them they want specific dates and any records you can think of that might prove him wrong other wise and if that doesn't help then you need to write a letter every time stating the time he had the child or the time he didn't have the child trust me its very time consuming but it will definitely make your case better for everything

If he is not keeping your child 50% of the time, I would go to court and get full custody and make him pay full child support.

if there was 50/50 custody why is he not taking her when he is suppose to have her?? If he chooses not to be in her life then yes he should pay support like the rest who have to pay.Something doe snot seem rigth here and I think maybe there is something you are not telling us. I am sure you are not perfect and maybe there is something about you we need to know. have you kept him from seeing his child?? how do you act towards him???

kick him to the ground so that he pays so much that he can only give your child a jelly sandwich when she comes to see him..then you will be her hero and he will for always be a sh*t..go girl..!!!!
