I usually charge 30.00 an hour but there is almost an hour round trip too.

They charge 200.00 for a cleaning fee also. I usually charge 30.00 an hour and there is a 60 min round trip involved.

Charge $30 an hour and a $60 show up fee so you are making your normal amount. They may choose to hire a local instead.

You might want to call another cleaning agency and find out how much they would charge to clean a 5 or a 6 bdrm home and how many housekeepers they would put on the task. Try to sound like it is your house and your are clueless to what you are doing.
Then after they tell you ....do the math and take the amount that they give you and divide that by the amount of rooms that you said. That way it will break it down to how much a room that they are charging.
More often than not, they are charging by the hour. And for 2 housekeepers that would be twice the wage.. Then figure the math that way.

That's a large house and 8 X 30= 240, so I would give them a flat rate of 275-300.

if they can afford the 7 bedroom house then they probably wont care how much to clean.add on gas and call it a day.i dont get paid for my commute to work
