The correct pattern is: n + (n-1)

If n = 2, then 2 + (2-1) = 3

If n = 3, then 3 + (3-1) = 5

If n = 4, then 4 + (4-1) = 7

If n = 6, then 6 + (6 - 1) = 11

If n = 8, then 8 + (8-1) = 15

Now you can do the last one!

Best wishes and good luck.
