you shouldn't feel nervous Just tell her how you feel if you don't then it might too late, when you do get the courage. in life we win some and we lose some that's the way it is.

I dont think she is trying to make you jealous. I just think she liked you a lot and you never showed her you liked her. As a result, she just stopped putting effort because she thinks you dont like her. I know you are nervous around her, but you just have to treat her like you would any other person. Just talk to her like you would anyone else and pay attention to her. Talk to her about innocent subjects like school, friends, etc, and just get to know her and see what happes. Good luck!! If you talk to her she will know you care, if you avoid talking to her she doesn't know what to think. Case in point she acts like your invisible. Don't be afraid the worst that can happen is she doesn't want to date you (big deal). There are lot's of fish in that sea of life and you're only 17. Good luck!
