can you block unwanted calls on a razor cell phone?

I have Alltel and I asked them that question (yes i have a razor) and they said you cant block unwanted calls ..only texts. If i get someone calling that i dont want to be bothered with ..i save their number and set the ringer to silent for that number and then I am not bothered by them. :)
