It's used in a song and I'm curious to know what it means, it's not coming up in the online dictionary so I'm guessing it's some form of slang...anyone know??

"Mazel tov" means "good fortune" or "many happy returns." When a woman gets married, you don't say, "Congratulations," which implies she is lucky to finally get married, you say, "Mazel tov."
