I can tell that you are still very young and hopefully the wheels of life will spin very a very long time for you. I think when it comes to finding our place on earth we have to consider that some people are starting from much different places. Which in affect changes the wheel of life. It is important to have a purpose and lots of love in our early years, this reinforces our ideas and a sense of belonging. Which in turn creates character and builds strength needed to complete our life cycle. I personally think it is important for us to enjoy our lives and not just a constant focus on the material aspects of success. My pet died recently and I noticed that toward the end he just ran out of fuel and energy. He didn't want to let me down because he knew his wheel of life was finishing the final rotation. The good in the end is knowing that you had a wonderful life regardless of the length. Of course you shouldn't be concerned about this too much and perhaps the best rule is trying to live an honest life with good intentions. The result will be a chance to be remembered as a good person which is worth quite a bit.

We could all be, in a very real sense, eternal, and I don't mean that religiously.
We are all made of quantum elements created by the big bang and, by quantum theory, could each be reconstituted as we are now, assuming the universe lasts long enough.
So,
The wheels on the bus
... go round and round,
round and round,
...round and round.
The wheels on the bus of life
...go round and round,
forever and a day,
...forever and a day,
forever and a day.
Bet you didn't expect an answer like this. Yes, I'm strange.

No, the wheel of life never stops. Life isn't a tangible object so it has no friction and no mass. Any object moving in a frictionless, mass-less environment(such as the abstract concept of life) would always continue to move forever and ever, according to Sir Isaac Newton's First Law: An object in motion stays in motion and an object at rest stays at rest, unless acted upon by an outside force.

Of course our wheel of life will have to stop eventually. As you said yourself, we better leave some kids around so bus keeps on going after we stop.

The earth itself will stop spinning eventually. Everything has to come to an end eventually.
