can i send a mail by just writing the address of the person i am sending to?

i want to send a mail to my friend but i don't want it to be return back if there was ever any error so i m planning to just write her address on the mail only so there won't be a From: but there will only be a to: Friend/address etc..
will it be delivered? or no?

return address is NOT required. If undeliverable or refused, it will go to the Dead Letter Office. Remember they can trace it back to where you sent it from by the POSTMARK. If it was threatening or illegal, they WILL look for you and arrest you.
