Impossible to say of course. But the idea that the world would turn into a police state or that everyone would be slaves or some other such nonsense is just plain ignorant.

Police states and dictatorships have arose many times in the past and look now, there are lots of free states.

The Germans and Japanese were not bad people during WW2. They had serious grievances and if any of you were born in either of those countries you would have acted the same. It's not like a bunch of bad people lived there during WW2 and now they are dead and now those countries people are all good now. That's like saying American slave owners were ALL bad (including most the founding fathers) but now Americans are good because they don't own slaves. Everyone is just a product of their culture and times.

Philip K. Dick's "Man In The High Castle" is a very good SF book about this very concept. I recommend it for a good read.

Germany would have politically imploded at some point as there was so much animosity between the Wehrmacht and the Nazi party. Japan really didn't plan for an extended war/occupation and that empire would have also collapsed.

Thankfully the Soviet Red Army defeated Nazi Germany, allowing the Allies to focus on Japan.

Possibly a radioactive wasteland. Germany would have had the A-bomb and after Japan's usefulness in the conflict was over, I have no doubt they would have been next on the list. However would Japan would have surrendered to Germany as it actually did to the allies? I think not. Japan would have fought on till either they developed their own bomb or until Germany exterminated them; which I believe would have happened had they emerged victorious against the allies. With the Japanese empire reduced to ashes any sign of resistance or uprising would have been met with extreme prejudice. We're talking Nazis with A-bombs.

I'm not sure what Germany and Japan's plans were but Mussolini's plan for Italy was to recreate the Roman Empire. He wanted Italy to control the entire Mediterranean including Northern Africa.

now that would be scary.

Russia would be divided between them, Europe would be under Germans and Asia under Japan. The dictatorship would have destroyed Jews, Gypsies, Jehovah Witnesses and others.

I don't know what would have happened to USA, but progress wouldn't be as swift
