You're Pro something when you're with it, and Anti something when you are against it.
Typically, it is better to be Anti-slavery. I don't know about you.

When I had to debate in favor of slavery, I used cars as an example of why slavery was important for the nation. Taking away a man's car leaves him unable to contribute meaningfully to the nation's economy. Granting freedom to a man's possessions robs him of what he owns, and is thus an example of government using force to take away your own possessions. Now, you're arguing not quite in favor of slavery so much as you're arguing that the government has no authority to take what's owned by private citizens. If the citizen wants to free his slaves, that's fine. But the government has no authority to force the owner to free his slaves, or else the government can also come in and "free" your pets, your children, and your car... all in the name of freedom. Make sure that you put the anti-slavery people on the defensive, and argue that you have nothing against freeing the slaves... just that it needs to be done by the owners, not the government. Also, make sure to mention that slavery built this country, and much of the workforce will suddenly be gone once slavery is outlawed.
