I just need to know if i got this correct. Would the answer be 12hr 80min

Yes, but...well you want to put it in a better form. You can convert those extra 60 minutes to another hour.
It would then be 13hrs 20min.

3 + 4 + 5 = 12 hours

20 + 25 + 35 = 80 minutes = 1 hour 20 minutes

So, 13 hours, 20 minutes. 12 hours 80 minutes is correct, but is a little odd and will probably be marked wrong.

I doubt it . As it stands how many minutes do you have in total ? That converts to what in hours and minutes. Now how many hours show ? Got the answer ? That is right!!
