Go read The Giver by Lois Lowry. It's not very long but it's amazing. I've loved it since Jr. High.

The world with no color, would be a world without emotion. I feel that color is a true expression of ones self and without it, we would be left without life. All of our energy would be taken from us and provide us with nothing to enhance our own identity.

No colors would mean there would be no light... as each color represents a different frequency of light.
In that case we would all die and cease to exist... so how you and I feel would be the least of our concerns!

Black and white. But remember- if nobody has seen colors, then it would just be fine. You do not miss anything you never experienced as enjoyable.

It would be like being a totally blind person. Not great but endurable. At least you would have your other senses working, so you would still be able to recieve information.
