I think it's pretty sad all that has happened with DOG lately. He carries himself as a christian on the show & always preaches THE WORD to the scum he catches. Then he shows this ugly side that is pure racism at it's best. Any comments on this???

I don't think saying the word "N" is racist, just a nasty, bad habit. So is a black person who says it racist? Why is ok for some and not others. I'm sick of everything being blown out of proportion. You don't see a black person being ridiculed for saying "honky", "whity", or other slangs. To me racism is people who belong to groups that "preach" against others, whether it be race, religion, beliefs, etc. And oh, by the way, some of my best friends are black, brown, jewish, gay, etc. Out of respect, I don't use slang to them and them to me. I do believe Dog is a born again christian and he used poor judgement in a time of anger. No it is not right to use that word....but it wasn't right his son took a private conversation and sold it for profit.

I don't think he is racist. I think he was having an intense argument with his son and said some things he probably didn't mean. His son should have never recorded the conversation and sold out his own father for money! It was a private conversation that should have never been made public since it was between Dog, his son and the son's girlfriend. He apologized and the whole ugly matter should be put to rest already. I don't condone racism, but I don't think Dog is a racist but a redneck with a bad mullet hairdo!

well all i can say is that word will never be extinct, i am half black and what i cant stand is seeing black folks thinking it's okay for them to say it just because they are black, it doesnt give a black person any more right than a white or chinese person saying it..and im sorry to tell you no it does not make it ok, people are going to say this crap until the end of time along with many other nasty racist slurs...yes it was wrong of him to say it but damn people gotta understand its not going to go away and someone of mixed race myself im sick of seeing the race card always being used. people are going to say what they will and let them, it just goes to show their ignorance of others. That show sucked anyway, people should be concerned about keeping it off the air because catching fugitives on the run can get old after a while...

Dog has been on a media blitz telling everyone how sorry that things got so out of hand because of what he called his son's girlfriend the "N" word and he knew that it was wrong and disrespectful but at the moment he didn't think clearly.
I think that he wants to get on everyone's good graces so he can get his show back on A&E and plus the fact that you cannot change the spots on someone. I believe in his heart that he meant what he said but he got caught and was burned by his son to make money. the whole story gets more bizarre because he has never met his son's girlfriend.
As of today it's been said that his son's girlfriend will be suing him for slander.

I am not a big fan of Dog or his show but I believe him when he says that he thought he was "cool" enough to use that word because his black friends did. I don`t agree with him losing his show because of it. Mel Gibson is still making movies after his anti Semitic remarks which I consider worse than Dog`s.

disgusting. i can't believe i thought he was, like, a good man! and i think he has done alot of good, but .... i dunno. its weird how you think you know some1 and then you see the real side, and you just can't believe it. and i think he is a racist, he was totally judging a person without even meeting her! the reason why he was 'angery' was because his son was dating a black girl. that is totally racist!
