Yes he did. The identifying mark was that pimple thing on his face. The evil twin had the same thing, BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE! If you watch closely occasionally you'll see the twin onscreen. He stood in for John Boy on some episodes when he was too hung over and tired from the marathon sex sessions with prostitutes that were so popular on the Waltons set.
