my younger sister is 17 n has been getting cysts in her breasts. doctors say this can happen when going through puberty. her doctor put her on medication to get ride of them but they keep returning n r painful n hot. they r noticeable when u see her breast there is a bump where the cysts r. im really concerned theres no breast cancer in my family n her being so young scares me. has n e 1 experienced this.

A young woman's breasts can be very lumpy especially as she's going thru puberty. The breasts continue to develop til around the mid 20s.

I would recommend discussing your concerns with your mom as well and a second opinion may be ncessary, preferably from a doctor that does not share the same office of the one she currently sees could be helpful to understanding the situation with your sister's breasts as to what is going on.
