Try using spybot to clean up. Then reboot and rescan in case of any left over files. Remember to update and scan at least once a week. It's a free cleaner programme against Trojans, spyware and malware.

Common sites that have these would be porn sites and sites and emails that offer freebies or a sales pitch. If you don't know who that person is who has emailed you, best to delete it.

Trojan Horse is by definition a malicious subprogram actually being programmed into a program like a bug except it was done intentionally so the ridding of it is not to use that program and even delete it off permanently.

have your computer scanned by your anti virus to find the virus or if you dont have any, download avg free anti virus at their website, scan your system and once it finds it,(im sure it will), it will take on specific actions by either deleting or putting it into quarantine. after that, you can delete the file with the virus (if it is still there) and your system will be ok.
