It's when you make a fist and rub the top of someone's head. Yes me and my boyfriend have nuggie fights :)

its when some annoying uncle or cousin grabs u by the neck and digs his knuckles into the top of ur head for no apparent reason, and ive never gave nobody one ever in my whole life bc there pointless!
