I need to install a water filter into the sink. I don't want to ruin this brand new sink....

you can buy a step-bit at home depot in the electric or plumbing sections. first drill a 1/8' pilot hole with a titanium or cobolt bit. keep your step-bit cool with anti-freez, go slow and it won't chip.

any holesaw that is made to drill porcelain tile should do.use water to keep it cool and clean
