How many times have we all heard, "You can't do THAT anymore due to insurance reasons." or "We had to cut THAT out due to liability risks." Where did all the fun in living life go?

I agree. A doctor is afraid to help an accident victim on the street, for fear of being sued. Some parents are afraid to let their children have other children over...for fear that if the child trips or slips, they may be sued. It's to the point of ridiculous.

Fun and games didn't go away. If you keep hearing these phrases find some new friends. If they are that paranoid of a lawsuit, they need help or they are doing wild crazy things that are unsafe.

YES the fun has been sucked out by "lawyers" (aka fun vampires)

unfortunately, the lawsuits and whatnot occasionally really do fix legitimate problems, so fat chance we'll ever be rid of them. :(
