I think that high heels look great with boot cut jeans. Aslong as you have a shirt that goes with the shoes. I call it the casual classy look. In the winter you could opt for a flat, a shoe that looks like a high heel, but is actually a flat. Although your feet still might get cold.. I would try a few different looks at a department store and get what you like! =)

Heels look great with bootcut. If you are worried about the cold weather wear them with really colored socks not the fuzzy kind but the one you wear that are the materials of leggings. Its really cute but covers up your toes. If you don't want to wear open toes shoes go for the classic black boot just not the ankle boot because it looks cheesy. Go for the one mid calves or stuff your jeans into a pair of knee high boots.

These is the time of the year that you switch over to boots. Stick with the height that you normally wear in heels and find a nice pointy toe or beveled toe boot. They both look nice with a boot-cut jean, hitting mid-foot.

Au contraire, Hi heals with jeans are awesome, they make special winter boots with hi heels with special soles to keep you from having two cracks in your Bum. (You don't want to bust your A**) heh heh heh. You can wear the boots on the inside of jeans if you are shy/conservative, but when I pay that kind of money I want to flaunt it. And it makes your legs look longer and sexier. The sexier the blouse/shirt the better, bright colors and at least 2 buttons open, and sit back and be oogled, chose your ooglers carefully, remember your out fit is a bit of a tease........ go girl......... : )

High heels in any color are delicious with boot cut jeans. Watch your footing in the ice, but otherwise knock yourself out. It's a great look!

I say either a cowboy style boot or a black boot with a heel. Either one will look great with jeans and will protect your feet for winter.

this will be the one and only time I recommend this brand, but uggs have some great higher heeled boots, not those furry kind everybody likes, but real boots that would look fantastic with jeans.
Also, heels look great with boot cut jeans. At least I think when I wear them I think I look ok. I would not normally wear heels if it were snowing and/or snow was on the ground. I would wear my Keen shoes that have traction and wear waterproof. but that's just me.
Of the ugg stuff, i would probably wear the following styles.

well, if you live in an area that snows, then high heels are not a good idea unless you change into them once your inside a building. it is a nice look, but you dont want to risk falling or ruining the shoes just to look nice for a while. maybee, just dont wear then outside.
