you have agood point,up here it has always cost 29.99 to get your oil changed on a car and that has been that way for aslong as I remember.

I had my oil changed on Monday! The price of oil increased by 30 cents a quart compared to the previous oil change.

Unlike gasoline, motor oil can be filtered and re-refined. Motor oil prices are raising, just not as noticeably as gasoline. Besides, you fill up your tank more than you change your oil, consumption is at a lower rate.

I hear oil is going to $3.00 a quart.The reason gas is so high is that the gov is hidding it in case of a big emergency.It makes sence.
