Indeed, numerous Clinton documents have already been
released or will be soon. The U.S. National Archives and
Records Administration (NARA) has stated that it estimates
it will have processed approximately 10,000 pages of
documents by the end of January 2008 in response to
a demand by the organization Judicial Watch for
"First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton's calendar."
Additionally, an August 8 Los Angeles Times article
reported, "A trove of records has been made public
detailing the Clinton White House's attempts to remake
the nation's healthcare system, following a request from
Bill Clinton that those materials be released first."

right here we bypass lower back *sigh*. Former President Clinton released all of this data to the Clinton Library, and easily asked the facilitators to withhold own conversations between him and his instant kin till it became habitual (as maximum different presidents in historic previous have executed...they do get some privateness, you comprehend). This textile became became over to the data, and "President Clinton has no longer challenged the launch of any records, and no information have been withheld from launch by utilising invoice Clinton" "it is not any longer that unusual in any respect," mentioned presidential historian Robert Dallek, who stated that there are tapes Lyndon Johnson made from Oval workplace conversations that have not been released virtually forty years after his administration ended. If all and sundry became so worried approximately this, George Bush might desire to easily replace the regulation he created in 2001 that helps Presidential overview. yet no, he might desire to be in on the conspiracy with the Clintons too, huh?

In the debates she said it was not her decision to make. KFI radio in Los Angles, yesterday reminded everyone that Bill Clinton made Bruce Lindsey and Hillery the people in charge of the archives. It is her decision. Again she lied. Travel Gate, White Water, Vince Foster, Ron Brown, Rose Law Firm records, Cattle Futures, Pellicano and the Clinton secret police .It goes on and on.

If she thought for one minute that what was in those records would help her she would release those records. So that could only mean that whats in them would hinder her chances at the white house. Bush is waiting and hoping that hillary gets the nomination, then he'll order them to be released. Only the president that the records belong to or the current seated president can release the records.

When GW Bush was governor of Texas he was issued a brand new drivers license with a new number, primarily for the purpose of making his previous criminal record impossible to research. He did several weeks of public service once and refuses to explain why (you -know- it wasn't just voluntary!) When asked about his previous life during the 2000 campaign he refused, saying he didn't want to answer 'gotcha' questions. The Bush administration has been the least forthcoming about FOIA requests, the Clinton administration was the most open about them. The Bush adminstration has exempted themselves from accountability laws and public disclosure laws that all previous presidents followed. The Bush administration has had more corruption scandals than any in modern history, followed closely by the Reagan administration.
So why is it only wrong to refuse to disclose records for Democrats? Is this just one more in that long list of crimes that are only illegal if a Democrat does them?

Hmmm, like the right wing, she likes to keep some stuff private. If I were in her position I'd probably do that too. Heck, why blow it? Someone else blew it in the Oval Office and see where it got her? :-).
