Shaving vs. waxing your downstairs?

I've been shaving for a while, but I hate the sensetive to the touch areas shaving leaves. I want to try waxing, can you get it done professionally or by yourself. Also which waxes would you use.

and when I mean getting it done professionally I mean waxing the entire pubic area?

If you don't like places that are sensitive to the touch, then I strongly advise against waxing.

When you shave, always use a brand new razor and plently of shaving cream. Also, save shaving towards the end of your shower/bath because the water makes the hair softer and easier to remove. Also, if you can, try to not wear constrictive clothes for an hour or two afterwards. This also helps prevent ingrown hairs and bumps.

Anyway, to answer your question, yes, you can get it professionally done and in fact, it's nearly impossible to do by yourself.

I'm not sure what how the pricing goes for guys, but typically a Brazillian waxing for girls is kind of expensive (usually around $50) If want to go it alone, you're gonna have to enlist the help of a (really close) friend and buy some wax.

I'd recommend using cold wax (as opposed to hot wax) because it's easier to use and you don't run the risk of overheating the wax and burning yourself.

I'd stick with shaving, though--last warning haha. Hope this helps...

All I know that's Nads and Nair are good.
And if you don't like the thought of getting waxed, you could always use hair removal cream.
