Go to a Best Buy store.

Go into the TV section

Buy a bottle of Blue Monster or Monster Blue LCD cleaner. Comes with a cloth also.

Spray on the cloth and wipe your screen. Works great.

Sarge

Well, if you read your manual first all, it suggests you to use a damp soft cloth. I suggest for a soft cloth, actually go to your local car parts store like Checkers, Auto Zone, or something like that and go to the car washing section. Don't get a sponge or anything that is leather, look for microfiber. If you don't know what damp is, if you need a cleaner, don't use glass cleaner (it may leave dead pixels). Find a solution of diluted isopropyl alcohol, no more than a 50% solution. One important note, when you clean it, remember to unplug the tv; you may not know if the tv is completely turned off, and completely dry the screen before turning it on.

A soft cloth (cotton or micro fiber) dampened with water (you may want to use bottled or distilled water if you live in a hard water area)

More stubborn or greasy marks, use a mild soap solution - like liquid hand soap.

For really stubborn marks dampen the cloth with iso-propyl alcohol.

Never use paper towels, never use dish detergent. both are abrasive. Never use any other chemical unless is it specifically meant for cleaning a monitor screen or eye glasses.
