Egg drop soup, it is simple and not filling. You still feel like you can devour your dinner after your egg drop soup. I hate to fill up on appetizers/salads/soups before the main course. Keep it simple and I will love it.

Have you never tried mixed Egg Drop and Wonton soup? It's very good; my favorite.

Won Ton Soup. I don't like tofu so hot & sour is out, and egg drop is a weird consistency to me. Just a matter of personal taste I guess.

For about 25 years, egg drop was my first and only choice. But, about a year ago, my tastes suddenly changed to wonton. Go figure. Explanation? Don't know, don't care.
