Especially T-Shirts . I wash them in regular cycle because it doesn't say on the tag to use delicate. After 1-2 washes , T-shirts (cotton ) become too large . WHat is the reason? If I use delicate cycle , they don't wash well .

If you have a top loading washer w/ an agitator - don't over pack it. If the clothes are packed too tight they tug on each other & stretch out.

Wash clothes of similar weight/construction. e.g. wash jeans w/ other pants, wash knits & tees together

You should have the setting on deciate it well wash well. If you use normal you will actually be creating more damage. How sometimes the fabric rips up in the process of the agiatation cycle causing small hint holes that you usually see in the stomach area of the shirt.

I would use delicate hand soap with no perfurm.

I use warm water.

My clothes came out nice & soft. Now that what I am talk about clean you get go out come.

White clothes - I use foca
For dirty area - Stain remover
For tought spots a add a tad bit of bleach
For soil items - Hot Water & Foca, a tad bit of bleach in the load.

For color safe - hand delicate soap.

I suggest you use laundry net. The net will help protect your T-shirts while washing. I am using them and I have no problem like yours. There are special padded net for delicate undergarment.

I strongly believe the damage is from the spinning cycle and not from the washing routine. In this case, I suggest you wash with regular cycle, but spin dry under delicate cycle. No doubt this is more inconvenience but this will guarantee the thorough clean from the washing but minimises the damage from the rough spinning under regular cycle.
