My favorite is George Strait and he got Album of the year and Song of the year!

I think all the winners were deserving, but the only one I disagree with was Song of the Year.
If this is awarded for songWRITING, what is so special about the writing in "Give It Away?" It is a good song, but what is so great about it? I think "Anyway" or "Stupid Boy" had much better writing.
Rascal Flatts are the most entertaining group, and they have had a heck of the year, but if the award is given to the most entertaining group, that should be the title of the award, because they clearly didn't give it to the group with the best vocals. Little Big Town's voices are just plain breathtaking, all four sing lead at some point, and their harmonies are astounding; whereas Rascal Flatts only has one lead vocalist.

Yes. Keith Urban didn't get an award. Which deserved entertainer way more than Kenny Chesney. It's time for a real entertainer to win. It should be like the 2005 CMA's.

George Strait is always who I want to win but I was happy with most of the choices.
I'm sorry but if Rascal Flatts sounded alike they did last night all the time they would get laughed out of the business. That was pathetic!
I have heard them screw up so many times live. A true entertainer is as good live as they are on tape.
I've seen George several times in person and it just don't get better than that!

going by the list of nominees the awards should of gone to;
song of the year - George Strait - Give It Away
video of the year - Emerson Drive - Moments or
Kenny Chensey - You Save Me
female vocalists of the year - Gretchen Wilson (one of the biggest disappointments is that she wasn't any nomanated.)
male vocalist of the year - Josh Turner or
George Straits
Horizon Award - Rodney Aktins or
Jason Aldean

as in England this was on the radio early hours of the morning, I set my DVD to record it unfortunately the digital signal broke up so I couldn't listen, to say I was upset would be an understatement,

ya, RF got group (5th year in a row, cause they totally rock!) but not entertainer, which they deserved so much more than kenny
