You are going to have to eat a low cal low fat diet. Make sure and drink enough fluids. Do cardio for 15 minutes in the AM and another 15 in the pm. And anywhere you go park far away so you get walking in, and always take the stairs. Good luck!

There really isn't a healthy way of losing 10 lbs in the next 2 weeks. Give yourself a little bit longer, and it could happen.

Cut out sodas, sweets & fast foods. Make sure you stay hydrated & eat a well balanced diet, and exercise. You may be able to get close to 10 lbs if you aren't doing those things now, but you should really aim to loose 1-2 lbs per week. The weight doesn't go on over night & it doesn't come off overnight either.

I got food poisoning and lost about 15 pounds in 3 days. It wasn't the most comfortable 3 days of my life and I really wouldn't recommend it, but it would work if you absolutley must lose the weight.

Fast for 2-3 days.
(Not for everyone)

There's plenty of lose weight fast diets. Eat cereal for 2 of your 3 meals a day.
or
Eat only vegetables and fruit for a week (I think that's a form of a detox diet)

Stop drinking sodas of any kind - get your 8 glasses of water a day - no fast food.
There was a cabbage soup diet, but that was nasty....

Go vegan. Drop the meat and dairy products. I lost 10 lbs. in just a few weeks. Hope this helps.

Burn more callories than you eat.

Like say... eat 1,000 callories, then burn 2,000?
