How do you guys feel about David J's solo work?

I just got "On Glass:The singles" ... its much better than Dali's Car ... not as great as Tones on Tail though

I love Bauhaus as well lol... I just dont like Murphys last few albums =s

Everything after "Deep" was downhill for Murphy; I actually like his stuff up to that point better than Bauhaus. His "Wild Birds" compilation is magnificent.
David Jay is a good writer, but has none of the emotive power in his voice that Murphy has.

David J's alright, though against Daniel Ash's and Peter Murphy's individual efforts he pales in comparison.

I've only heard one song so far and I like it, moreso than Dali's Car (Peter Murphy side project)
I understand he did some session work on some other songs I like but I forget what they were

i guess i won't bother answering then lol! love the bauhaus,love peter murphy...it just seems that when bands split the magic leaves also

david j's stuff is ehh, ok.....but i agree, tones on tail and bauhaus were much better. been a fan for a very long time.
