I love Niamh (NEEV), which is what I assume you were going for with Neave, but I really don't think spelling it "like the word 'leave' with an N" makes it any more attractive. I'd stick with the traditional form. ;)
Other less common N names I find intriguing would include Nola, Nolanna, Nathaira/Nathara, Neilina, Noirina, Norabel or simply Nora(h), depending on just how unusual you'd prefer.

My only real favorite from that list is Nerin - anything else is just a bit too out-there for me.
Other names I like that begin with N are: Nina, Nell, Niamh/Neve, Norah, Nanette, Nadia, Natalie/Natalia, Natasha/Nastasha, Nicola/Nicolette/Colette/Coco, Noelle, Noemie, and Naomi. My favorite is probably Niamh - it's such an awesome Irish name.

Neave is the best for sure. I like Nora as well though it is a little more common I guess. Nadine is also not bad.
