Don't know anything about jazzin up a school uniform, but I know some things about skin care.

You can make a mask out of egg white and lemon juice - mix it up, smear it on, let it dry and then wash it off.
You can use olive oil or coconut oil for moisturizing skin, or for hot oil treatments on hair.
Use vinegar to make a zit treatment - apply to zit with a piece of tissue or qtip.
Don't use hand soap on your face, as it can irritate the skin, use plain water - and if you have to have something soapy - use some of the suds while washing your hair.
