Which one? Ha Ha
I'd like to be my own boss, so to speak, then I would definitely have to drop kick my own azz.
But with my current position I have at the company I have been working for 25 years, in some ways I am lucky. I am lucky earn a pretty good income, while to developing relationships at the top level of the company in which we are loyal to each other. My boss(es) can yell at me, sometimes I yell back, sometimes I just listen and take care of business (follow the marching orders). The downside of working for a company so long in the position I am in, there is kind of a built in ceiling, which would be difficult to break through, unless I was all of sudden became willing to give up my life outside the job and "the job would be my life."
I would say the way to move up the latter (meaning getting paid larger and larger income levels), in today's world it is done one of two ways. One, become an entrepreneur, which is usually much harder then one would expect, because usually you fall on your face the first time around, then you need to take it as learning experience and get back on that horse ride it again. Or two, you need to be willing to switch jobs, uproot your family sometimes, about every 5 at the most 10 years.
If you do not do the above, ultimately if your lucky or unlucky depending upon how you look at it hit a certain ceiling which is not easy to break through.
To answer your question, yes, sometimes I feel like drop kicking my bosses ***, but I do not because I am one of the lucky ones who over the years have received reciprocal loyalty from my boss, I have his back and he has my back.
I hope this answers your question, but also like to add I have been blessed for some reason and my situation may be the exception to the rule.
And one more thing, when things are going right I love my job, I am built for my job - Sales.

When you have a "I Hate My Job" day, try this:
On your way home from work, stop at your pharmacy and go to the thermometer section and purchase a rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson. Be very sure you get this brand. When you get home, lock your doors, draw the curtains and disconnect the phone so you will not be
disturbed. Change into very comfortable clothing and sit in your favorite chair. Open the package and remove the thermometer. Now, carefully place it on a table or a surface so that it will not become chipped or broken.
Now the fun part begins.
Take out the literature from the box and read it carefully. You will notice that in small print there is a statement: "Every Rectal Thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson is personally tested and then sanitized ". Now, close your eyes and repeat out loud five times, "I am so glad I do not work in the thermometer quality control at Johnson & Johnson."
HAVE A NICE DAY AND REMEMBER, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSE WITH A JOB THAT
IS MORE OF A PAIN IN THE BUTT THAN YOURS!

She is only a year and a half older than me, so I am not disrespecting my elders when I say, YES!
However, I will not do it. She works out a lot and has really buff arms. She would destroy me. I think I'll just continue to talk badly about her behind her back with co-workers. It's kind of like a mental drop-kick.
