When she says "I love you", but who am I kidding, that could be BS.
Love is a verb, so it's the things she does. Also, it's when you know you've been a jerk and yet she's still there.

As a girl myself, i would like looking at the guy, the way he presents himself, the way he talks. I would remember every single conversation with him. I would know his small interest, what time he comes to work and knocks off. I cant wait to catch a glimse of him each time he walks past. I remember his Identity Card Number, his birthday, his address. Observe these points.

1st sign- She stares at you
2nd sign- She talks to you so much you get slightly annoyed but deep down inside you like it
3rd Sign- She touches you
4th Sign- her friend says she likes you

when she always wants to be around you;
always calls you; is always trying to get your attention; saying i love you ... dosent always tell you if she does or not. look for those signs. also if she looks at you with 'gleaming' eyes, its a postive yes !
