nope they do not have to tell you that, NC is one of the states that does not have to tell you of these items`

No. Few states require sellers to disclose violent crimes or death on the property. And some of those states that do only stipulate that if the seller knew within a set number of years that it be disclosed.

The statutes of North Carolina expressly state that such an occurrence is not a material fact, and does not have to be disclosed voluntarily. However, if asked directly about the situation, the truth must be disclosed (if known)

i'm in Charlotte NC....and the answer is no.

not a material fact....just like ghosts or haunted homes arent material facts
