If it's uncontested it doesn't matter if the service is local. Most online legal services can help you. It's just a matter of service they provide you.

my hubby tryed to do an online divorce thing before (in a different state)to save money.and we ended up to get a lawyer anyways,and paying double.cause the online thing they told him he didnt send it the right way.that means he signed it send it to them,they send it to his ex and she sends it back to him.and he sended it to her,she sended it back to him and then,he sended it to that online divorce thing.
so he got screwed cause he didnt sended it in the right way.whatever.so go and get a lawyer and do it right the first time
