It is hard to come up with alternate spelling perhaps because the way you spelled it could be as good as an other, but perhaps with more information we could find it. Do you have a city or state to give us and do you suspect that she is Italian or lives there? Do you know what she does for a living or is she a housewife? The more of these things you know the easier it may be to find her in a web search perhaps.
