I'm always exhausted when I get home from school at 4 o'clock so I take a nap and don't get to homework until pretty late (nap combined with my bad habit of procrastinating) After homework is finished I have to get my internet fix (which always lasts a couple of hours AT LEAST) then I need a shower to help me fall asleep because I'm just not tired because of that afternoon nap. That causes an 11 o'clock bedtime (at the earliest) and then the whole cycle restarts the next day.

No distractions. I can research read and create better at night. When the sun comes up I get tired. Even when I've been in a pattern of sleeping at night I am groggy & tired through the day.
