If you want results, you have to work for it honey. No pain no gain. Pills that say you can lose weight without changing your lifestyle are a gimmick to get your money.

Without exercising or reducing intake of food? hmm..
Pills are bad. Even if you find one that works, it only works while you are using it.
The best way I can think of to loose weight is to eat! Your body slows your metabolism when you don't eat, it is not sure when it will have food next, so it will store it. Eat five to six small meals a day and have protein with all meals. Hard boiled eggs for breakfast is cheap and fast (do it the night before) or a Carnation instant breakfast has protein, lunch tuna (light on the mayo), on your salad or in an avocado, and fruit and and a piece of cheese for a snack. Other snacks are yogurt, nuts, or a snack bar. Dinner just have a piece of meat with some veggies, maybe sneak in a little potato here and there. Allow yourself a couple of treats per week, a can of soda, a small piece of cake, chips.
But at least walk!! lol

There is an FDA approved diet pill out there called "Alli". It works by not allowing fats to be digested, but there's a catch. What the drug actually does is stop your intestines from absorbing fat, so if you eat anything with fat, it will slide through your intestines and you will have diarrhea. So, basically, you have to cut fats out of your diet. It's not healthy, but it will help you lose weight will a balanced diet and exercise.
