You must not be too bad off, you still have internet access. Come back you've truly hit bottom.

hard to say from such little information. divorce is never really about fair or truth or justice. having the best lying, cheating backstabbing and ruthless, and expensive attorney who is a favorite in the courtrooms, that you can get is your only hope at this point, usually this is a woman if the judge is a man.

Get $$$ from where-ever you can to do it, or work a deal with the attorney to put an attoneys lien on the house and force its sale. Then use the money to fund the divorce. Attorneys are more than happy to use up every penny they know you have and can get from you.

You don't want to wait to do this either. You want to throw everything you have into this first event or it will cost you more in the long run if you do not.

You will have to prove you are the better parent, so deal with your faults and flaws NOW. Parenting classes, anger classes, records of time caring for the kids compared to dad. Friends family etc. who can sign declarations attesting to your better parenting skills and how the kids prefer you to him.

Force a 730 evaluation and get him to pay for it and if the things you have said are true maybe you can use his lies against him.

If he wants to reconcile and you do not use it to your advantage to get things out of him that you want. Maybe this is just to tease him and lure him into a spousal rape or abuse charge.

Remember it's not about truth, the court assumes you both are lying already and so will assume a certain % of lie for you both so whoever lies the worst about the other usually comes out ahead. Attorneys can lie lots for you on your behalf with immunity too. Later you can blame whatever was not true on the fact that your attorney said it not you.

Keep your nose clean and do NO wrong at all.

If you really want to reconcile, fall on your face in prayer before the Lord every day and night confessing you sins, and asking Him to change your heart and the heart of your husband, and for Him to restore your marriage, in the name of Jesus. Helpful practical info is on marriagebuilders.com

I think it is time to move on and forget about the past. if he wants everything then let him have it. If he wants the kids let him have them but remember you have the right to see your kids. go out and find a job and start taking classes. you are still here and you made it thru all this hell , show him he has done nothing to you and you will survive. you are better than all this. good luck!!!

be strong, get yourself a good solicitor and defend your position for your peace of mind. Look forward to a future without the hassle you have been through and smile as much as you can, don't let others see how bad you feel it will only detract them from wanting to know you

First, get honest with yourself.

Then go to a support group for separated and divorced people. They really can help.

Good luck.
